About the course

This course is designed to assist auditors when faced with the challenge of formulating an audit opinion, it will examine the constituent elements of the statutory audit report both for the UK and Ireland.

You will examine circumstances where the auditor believes that the financial statements do not show a true and fair view or cannot make such a determination. How should the auditor then report the circumstances, what standards should they follow and how should they ensure that the users of the financial statements understand their opinion? Try to answer these common questions and provide guidance.
