About the module

Systems of quality management exist to monitor and maintain the standard of a firm's engagements. To be effective, they must be carefully designed and operate at an optimal level.

The International Standard on Quality Management 1 (ISQM 1) Quality Management for Firms that Perform Audits or Reviews of Financial Statements, or Other Assurance or Related Services Engagements helps ensure that quality standards are upheld consistently across all areas of operation.

This short course offers a focused exploration of ISQM 1 and examines common issues identified by regulators and professional bodies since the standard became mandatory.
