Your Account

Do I need to set up an account to place an order?

Yes, an account is required to make a purchase. Creating an account enables you to access your course(s). Once you've purchased your course(s) you log in using the same username and password to view all your courses.

What do I do if I've forgotten my password?

If you have forgotten your password, click "log in" on any page on accountingcpd.net and then click "Forgotten your password?". Simply follow the onscreen instructions to retrieve your password.

How can I update my personal details?

You can update your details in the Personal Profile area of any course (including the demo course). Just click the button on the left hand navigation bar and you will be able to update your details.

How do I change my username or password?

You can change your username and password in the Personal Profile area of any course (including the demo course). Just click the button on the left hand navigation bar and you will be able to update your details.

How do I change the email address that I have registered with?

You can change your username and password in the Personal Profile area of any course (including the demo course). Just click the button on the left hand navigation bar and you will be able to update your details.

How do I remove my account?


If you would like to remove your account from accountingcpd.net please email customerservice@accountingcpd.net with the subject line "Remove account". Please include your username and the email address that your account is registered to.

Ordering

Can I exchange courses if I purchased the wrong one?

Refunds and exchanges are given at the discretion of the management at Nelson Croom. However, if you have purchased a course and then find it's not what you thought it was, or it's not appropriate to your CPD needs, then give us a call on 020 7582 3309 and we'll do our best to sort that out for you.

Can I cancel my order?

Access to your courses starts the moment you complete the payment process. However, if you decide that the course you have purchased is not for you, or it's not appropriate for your CPD needs, then give us a call on 020 7582 3309 and we'll do our best to sort that out for you.

I would like to order several copies of a course for my colleagues. How do I do that?

The accountingcpd.net website is designed to sell individual courses to individuals. If you want to order more than one copy of a course, please email us at customerservice@accountingcpd.net or call us on 020 7582 3309.

Payment

Is my payment secure?

Yes. All payments to accountingcpd.net are processed by the RBS WorldPay payment system which uses a combination of both established and innovative techniques to ensure the security and integrity of all sensitive data.

Can I get a VAT receipt?

Yes, a VAT receipt will be sent to the email address that you supply when setting up your account.

Can I cancel my order?

You have the right to cancel your order from the time of purchase for a period of 7 days provided you have not accessed the course. If you have worked through any of the course content you will not be able to cancel your order. However, if you have purchased a course and then find it's not what you thought it was, or it's not appropriate to your CPD needs, then give us a call on 020 7582 3309 and we'll do our best to sort that out for you.

What cards do you accept?

We accept Visa Credit Card, Visa Debit Card, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, JCB, and Solo.

Can I pay by cheque?

Unfortunately we are unable to accept payment by cheque. All payments need to be made by Credit or Debit card.

Do I need a PayPal account?

No, payment is processed through RBS WorldPay via Debit or Credit card.

What is your refund policy?

What do I do if there's a problem with my payment?

Courses

When can I access the courses I purchase?

Once you have completed the payment process you will be taken to back to the accountingcpd.net homepage. Your courses will be listed on the right hand side of the page, under the heading "My courses". Click on a course and you will be taken straight in.

Can I revisit the courses once I have completed them?

Yes, you can access your course(s) as often as you want to during your 120 days access period. Just go to www.accountingcpd.net , log in and your courses are listed for you on the right hand side of the screen.

How do I check which courses I have already purchased?

Go to www.accountingcpd.net, log in and the courses you have purchased are listed in the "My Courses" box on the right hand screen.

How do I access my courses?

Go to www.accountingcpd.net , log in and the courses you have purchased are listed in the "My Courses" box on the right hand screen. Click on any course and you will be taken straight in.

Does the course count as verifiable CPD for my professional body?

accountingcpd.net courses are verifiable CPD for all of the UK's accounting professional bodies and are formally accredited by CIMA.

How long do I get access to my course(s) for?

Each course has a 120 days access period from purchase.

Do I have to complete my course in one session?

No, you can access your course(s) as often as you want to during your 120 days access period.

Can I extend the length of access?

Each course has a 120 day access period upon purchase, if you are unable to complete your course(s) in this time then contact customerservice@accountingcpd.net or give us a call on 020 7582 3309 and we'll do our best to sort that out for you.

How many times can I access the course?

You can access the course as often as you want to during the 120 days access period.

What record is there of my learning activity?

A certificate of completion is available to print off when you complete your course, allowing you to record the CPD that you have completed.

 

Do I receive proof of attaining my CPD hours?

Yes, you will receive a certificate of completion, which you can print out, once you have finished each course.

What computer set up do I need to access the courses?

accountingcpd.net courses are designed so that you DON'T need any special computer set up, downloads or plug ins. All you need to access the courses is a computer with internet access.
