This update on State tax examines key tax measures announced in each State and Territory Budget.

We look at the headlines from each State and Territory Budget and then dive into the detail of a few interesting issues, including the operation of the Commercial and Industrial Property Tax in Victoria, some key payroll tax changes across the country, and the future of road user charges for low emissions vehicles, following an important High Court decision.
