Ross Maynard is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, and Managing Director of Ideas2Action Process Excellence Ltd. He has worked as a consultant and trainer for over 20 years, specialising in finance processes, management information and performance measurement.
Ross believes in inspiring, challenging and supporting change. He supports organisations to understand their processes; facilitates improvement teams; and supports staff to work together as a team to deliver tangible and sustainable improvements.
He has extensive practical experience of providing process improvement support, specialising in management information and performance measurement; mapping and analysing process performance; facilitating in-house improvement teams; and delivering related training and development activities.
